By downloading or using Dice Roller - 3D (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or distribute the App or its content, except where allowed by law.
All rights to the App and its content (including design, graphics, and code) are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the App on your devices under these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the App.
The App may show third‑party advertisements (for example, via Google AdMob). Some ads may be personalized if you have given consent (for example, by allowing tracking in your device settings or consenting in a consent form where required by law). Your use of the App also means you accept that the ad providers’ own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle data.
Certain features, such as “Remove Ads”, may be available via a one‑time in‑app purchase. These purchases are processed by Apple. We do not control billing and cannot access your full payment details. Any refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not promise that it will always be error‑free or uninterrupted. We may update, pause, or stop the App at any time, for example to fix bugs or comply with legal requirements.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about the App’s accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using or being unable to use the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If you continue using the App after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms.
